Back

Had a fantastic time in AZ (my first). Was amazed by the saguaro. Lots of hiking, camping, tea and even a stay at the historic AZ Inn.

Sadly had to retire my Therm-A-Rest pad that I have had with me since 1988 when it was given to my by a friend who had trekked it all over Africa.

Time to begin replenishing my camping gear!

After your grand adventure, complete with lavish hotels and awesome kids and wonderful company and exotic indigenous foods and amazing gems and minerals and wonderful cultural sharing (besides your name-butchering inability to pull off a German accent) nearly fatal head injuries helped by emergency hypnosis (well, okay, maybe it wasn't "nearly fatal," but I'm sure it was scary nonetheless - and you didn't even do a trauma reversal for the poor girl)...

Anyway, after all that, all you can write is this piddly little blog entry?

Geez. See if I ever invite you out again.

Just kidding, of course. But in a passive aggressive way. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!! ;)

Piddly, yes, but only b/c I don't have internet access at home and am swamped at work playing catch up.... Not b/c of lack of pure (puer) enjoyment! Will be posting tidbits as best I can throughout the coming days
