Clever, but true too. Patrick told me to buy a book called "What You Think Of Me Is None Of My Business." Well, it's a pretty slow read, but I got his point. It's kind of an astounding thought - that we are not responsible for what anyone else thinks, or for their happiness, and no one is responsible for what we think or for our happiness.
Damn all this self-empowering crap! Sometimes it's just a lot easier to have scapegoats!
