How us this an oddity or quirk of YOUR life as the subtitle suggests? I was expecting to hear about how you sit when you pee, or that you use shampoo on the hair under your arms...

I can understand your confusion. "The kindgom was lost on the turn of a preposition" kind of thing. In this case, "of" instead of "in the life." My deepest apologies.
